Recording · Mixing · Production
A room built by a working guitarist for bands that play loud, mix heavy, and don't have time to explain themselves to an engineer who doesn't get it.
Behind the board
Hard-Corr Productions is built around one idea: the person mixing your record should know what it feels like to stand in front of the amp. Years on stage as a lead guitarist shaped how this room is treated, how the signal chain is built, and what "heavy" is supposed to sound like once it's on tape.
This isn't a hobby setup. It's a working tracking and mix room — full analog console, outboard processing, and a DAW rig running the same sessions you'll walk out with.
How a session runs
Full-band or one instrument at a time. Room's built to get a real, loud performance on tape without fighting the space for it.
Takes get cut together tight, timing gets checked against the pocket, not a grid — this is still supposed to sound like a band.
Console-driven mixing through outboard processing. Built for genres where low end and distortion have to sit together, not fight.
Final pass for level, translation, and consistency across a release — checked against real-world playback, not just the room.
